What you will do

• Analyze user behavior using internal and external analytics tools to shape the product roadmap.
• Create dashboards and presentations to monitor user adoption trends and measure impact.
• Collaborate with product managers to identify user problems and commercial opportunities via analytics and interviews.
• Partner with software engineering teams to plan database structures for effective tracking of user actions.
• Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional analytical experience with a successful track record.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills within data-rich environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical analyses to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be able to pass a quantitative test to proceed with the application.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL.
