Product Analyst

TL;DR

What you will do

• Analyse user behaviour, product usage, competitors and trends to identify opportunities and estimate feature impact.
• Build detailed product business cases and support requirements/user journeys development.
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs like adoption and usage, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support product delivery, adoption with clients/stakeholders, and write product definitions.
• Develop marketing materials and provide SME content for events.
• Assist group/service projects to enhance client experience across asset classes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years product development experience in fund services with commercial understanding.
• Experience in agile environments and aligning analysis with strategy/customer needs.
• Technical literacy, understanding of development processes.
• Excellent analytical skills: critical thinking, statistical analysis, data visualisation, hypothesis testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, data storytelling, presentation and collaboration skills.
