What you will do

• Support FinOps processes including cost allocation, tagging, and anomaly investigation.
• Produce TBM-style reporting to translate technology costs into clear services, products, and outcomes.
• Manage month-end activities, forecasts, and budgets for technology spend.
• Build and maintain data dashboards using Power BI and Excel to improve data quality and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and finance stakeholders to identify and drive efficiency opportunities.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for reporting definitions and recurring processes.

Requirements

• A 2:1 degree or above in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, STEM).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Confidence working with data in Excel and an interest in learning Power BI and Apptio.
• Clear communication skills to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset for working across technology, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Interest in cloud cost management and how organisations measure technology value.

Nice to have

• Awareness of Azure/AWS cost concepts and dashboards.
• Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting.
