What you will do

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on the requirements of study protocols.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements, including confidentiality (CDA) and clinical study agreements (CSA).
• Coordinate the execution of agreements and maintain comprehensive contract files and databases.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations teams to ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of contract management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience drafting and negotiating agreements related to clinical research (NDAs, CTAs).
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
