What you will do

• Implement and manage paid social media advertising initiatives based on brand goals.
• Oversee day-to-day client operations and manage internal team workflows.
• Execute campaigns natively across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Translate overall brand strategy into smart and effective paid social tactics.
• Develop thought leadership and POVs to guide strategic decision-making.
• Train and supervise internal team members to ensure high-quality strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with paid social media and strategy.
• 1-2+ years of experience within an advertising or media agency environment.
• Hands-on experience ('Hands On Keyboard') working directly within social advertising platforms.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong organizational skills for managing tight deadlines and complex challenges.
