TL;DR

SAP Customer Success Manager (S/4HANA Cloud): Own post-sales relationships with customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth of SAP solutions with an accent on health metrics monitoring, success plans, and renewals. Focus on acting as trusted advisor, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing SAP environments for transformational change.

Sydney, NSW. Work from office with travel to customer sites across Sydney and NSW region. Only NSW-based candidates will be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Own post-sales relationships with assigned Queensland customers to ensure SAP solution outcomes.
  • Develop customer success plans, account strategies, and engagement roadmaps.
  • Monitor health metrics, satisfaction, and usage to address risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Support for renewals, upsells, and value growth.
  • Act as trusted advisor for SAP optimization and transformational change.
  • Coordinate consulting teams and build relationships with customer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • NSW-based candidates only; visa sponsorship unavailable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in technical, business, or software field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales consulting in tech/enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Cloud, AMS).
  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
