What you will do

• Provide functional support for SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory, Valuation) and PM (Master Data, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot SAP application issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations and solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for debugging, transport management, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain high-quality functional documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in a roster for on-call or after-hours support as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting SAP MM and PM modules in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Experience working within an SAP Application Support or AMS environment.
• Ability to independently analyze issues and recommend pragmatic solutions.
• Proficiency with support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with business users.

Nice to have

• SAP MM and/or PM certifications.
• Exposure to integration points with FI, CO, PP, or WM/EWM.
• Experience supporting multiple customers or diverse industries.
