- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP functionality.
- Configure, present, and discuss best practices for SAP MM and WM modules.
- Develop and deliver application break fixes for critical product defects.
- Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in test environments or via remote connectivity.
- Collaborate with virtual team members to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
- Support client customizations and provide advice on business process optimization.
Требования
- 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, specifically with MM/WM modules.
- 5+ years of direct application support experience in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, maintenance, patching, and table relationships.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving skills with a history of resolving complex issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
