What you will do

• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP functionality.
• Configure, present, and discuss best practices for SAP WM and MM modules.
• Develop and deliver application break fixes for critical product defects.
• Collaborate with virtual team members to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
• Support client customizations and provide expert advice on business processes.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• 5 to 9 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with MM/WM modules.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, maintenance mechanics, and key application tables.
• Proven track record in SAP implementations, roll-outs, or application support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SAP certification.
• Consulting background.
• Experience with Mexican localization tax and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Country Specific Solutions and global implementations.
