Salary: $124.5K – $203.5K

What you will do

• Use accounting knowledge to advise clients navigating significant business transformations
• Lead research and analysis on complex accounting and finance challenges from business changes
• Partner directly with clients to support day-to-day needs and deliver high-quality projects
• Oversee development of memos, analyses, presentations, and client-facing deliverables
• Own planning and delivery against project budgets and workstreams
• Develop junior team members through coaching, performance feedback, and fostering team culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and/or industry accounting role
• Working knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS
• Experience with accounting research and writing
• Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
• Strong analytical rigor and written/verbal communication skills
