What you will do

• Plan technical approaches, resources, schedules, and budgets for the testing and evaluation of new systems and products.
• Design test fixtures and equipment, and prepare comprehensive test and diagnostic programs.
• Develop specifications and procedures throughout the entire engineering development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of new theories and methods to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams, managers, and external vendors to optimize technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field with 8+ years of experience (or Master's degree plus 6 years).
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense SECRET security clearance.
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages.
• Outstanding communication skills for frequent contact with stakeholders and external customers.

Nice to have

• Experience using Cloud for large-scale test environments.
• Experience applying AI for Integration and Test.
• Recognized subject matter expert (SME) in multiple technical areas.
