Salary: $122,000 – $179,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, and scale an ISO-aligned Quality Management System (QMS) across data center operations.
• Standardize quality processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks to support rapid infrastructure growth.
• Implement and maintain automated digital QMS workflows for audits, CAPA, and document control using tools like ETQ or Arena.
• Lead and execute internal audit programs across incoming quality, commissioning, and operations.
• Partner with DC Ops, Engineering, and Supply Chain to integrate quality principles throughout the hardware lifecycle.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive systemic improvements across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in a quality role within data centers, electronics manufacturing, or hardware operations environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of QMS frameworks and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Experience with digital QMS platforms such as ETQ, Arena, or comparable systems.
• Proficiency with ERP, ticketing software, and creating repeatable reporting from raw operational data.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent credentials.
• Certification in Lean principles or Six Sigma Green Belt.
