What you will do

• Collaborate with Support and Field Service teams to provide remote software support for deployed robot units.
• Monitor the deployed fleet and serve as the first line of containment for software-related issues.
• Conduct preliminary investigations to identify immediate fixes and partner with engineering for long-term solutions.
• Coordinate and execute remote software updates, patches, and configuration changes across the fleet.
• Manage issue tickets in the problem management system to ensure effective investigation and resolution.
• Identify trends in software issues and develop tooling to improve fleet management scalability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, QA, or supporting software/hardware systems.
• Basic understanding of software systems, including services, APIs, and logs.
• Experience using monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog.
• Ability to interpret logs and system signals to determine root causes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate findings across technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be based in the NYC/Metro Area.
