What you will do

• Train teams on termination, mechanical, client interface, and installation standards.
• Handle first escalation for field issues and provide onsite support for integration.
• Conduct monthly QAQC reports, assign tasks, and discuss in project meetings.
• Enforce standards, governance, safety, quality control, and ISO compliance.
• Mentor staff, build teams, develop growth plans, and oversee subcontractors.
• Perform site surveys, verify commissioning readiness, and manage customer escalations.

Requirements

• Reside in or relocate to Phoenix, AZ region; travel up to 25% required; valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years in commercial construction trades
• 3+ years with Electronic Security Systems (ESS)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), technical drawings, planning, labor management
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, safety prioritization skills
• Ability to climb ladders, work elevated platforms, lift 30lbs
