What you will do

• Manage daily paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Assist the team in identifying and managing paid social campaigns and strategizing tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance to provide creative optimizations and budget recommendations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Support the ongoing planning, execution, and reporting for various clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have proximity to the New York office.
• 3+ months of hands-on experience in execution and optimization of digital media campaigns, focusing on Paid Social.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel for handling data and numbers.
• Analytical ability to interpret social performance and campaign KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
