What you will do

• Provide expert privacy advice and conduct complex Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Privacy Threshold Assessments.
• Support the One Endeavour transformation programme across various technology and data projects.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data & AI, Legal, and Cyber teams to embed privacy by design.
• Manage privacy incidents and handle regulatory notifications.
• Deliver privacy training and education across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience, specifically in privacy, technology, or commercial law.
• Essential legal qualifications and training.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian data privacy laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to draft professional privacy advice and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
