What you will do

• Participate in pre-sales meetings, assess project efforts, and create proposals for OneStream implementations.
• Collaborate with teams to develop OneStream solutions, lead workshops, and conduct CPM implementation methodologies.
• Configure the platform, translate requirements into functionality, and present solutions to client executives.
• Mentor client and team members, identify risks, and provide advisory beyond core scope.
• Contribute to practice development by creating training materials and engagement templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 10+ years CPM implementation experience, including 6+ years with OneStream; Lead Architect Certification.
• Ability to architect solutions from business requirements, deep knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance, consolidation, and FP&A.
• Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic for business rules, C#, Microsoft Office mastery, and OneStream MarketPlace solutions.
• Strong project management, team leadership, technical writing, workshops, and client relationship skills.

• Machine learning and predictive analysis experience.
• Implementation of Sensible AI Forecasting.
• Relationships in OneStream ecosystem.
