What you will do
- Provide strategic and organizational direction for solutions during prospecting, contract negotiation, and delivery planning.
- Oversee solution planning across multiple clients and contract phases, using inputs from sales, product, and implementation teams.
- Propose, modify, and create technical solutions and process improvements to drive dependable delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet with clients and prospects to clarify requirements and integrate into estimation/RTM processes.
- Manage solution planning capacity by directing one or more Solution Analysts when demand requires.
- Work with the Professional Services AI Lab to drive AI initiatives and support MCP implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in technology, consulting, or Professional Services environments.
- Minimum 3 years of technical implementation experience and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Specific expertise working with Mortgage Cadence Loan Origination System applications for 2+ years.
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, ADO) and visual diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Blueworks, Lucid Chart).
