What you will do

• Lead GAAP, SEC, FINRA, and Statutory (SAP) financial reporting across business segments.
• Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting and general ledger processes.
• Support financial planning, modeling, and capital/EPS projections.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, new products, and regulatory changes.
• Lead interactions with external auditors and state regulators.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Statutory (SAP) accounting specifically within the insurance industry.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Proven leadership, project management, and business partnering skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
