What you will do

• Direct the preparation and review of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including variance analysis.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and policies aligned with audit and SOC expectations.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, capital planning, and support pricing models for SaaS/fintech environments.
• Coordinate with external partners, investors, and lenders to support financing or growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership, management, and financial governance skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
