What you will do

• Design and implement technical change requests in SAP HCM, focusing on German payroll and time management.
• Collaborate with business departments to evaluate requirements and provide test support.
• Analyze, optimize, and digitalize global HR processes.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for payroll and international master data.
• Participate in global SAP projects and rollouts, potentially acting as a sub-project manager.
• Develop and maintain the SAP HCM system landscape and its interfaces.

Requirements

• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
• Extensive experience as an HR IT consultant.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules PA/OM, PY, and PT.
• Proven experience in customizing rules and schemas.
• Degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ABAP development and SAP HCM interfaces.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.
