What you will do

  • Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting for SAP HCM and Payroll modules.
  • Provide functional support and training for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop application break fixes for critical product defects and create scripts to correct data issues.
  • Manage key assigned accounts as a primary technical and functional advisor.
  • Collaborate with virtual teams to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
  • Support client customizations and provide implementation best practices advice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, specifically with SAP HCM and Payroll.
  • 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Mexico's localization tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., CFDI, ISR, IMSS, SUA, IDSE).
  • 10+ years of direct support for application end-users in a corporate environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
  • Expertise with SAP ECC, including configuration and administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
