What you will do

• Lead senior business strategy, colleague engagement, growth initiatives, and operational excellence in HEOR.
• Collaborate across units on evidence strategy, economic modeling, and real-world evidence delivery.
• Coordinate project prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery for VDEM services.
• Drive revenue growth through client engagement, new business development, and long-term partnerships.
• Manage accounts, communications, and talent development including onboarding and career planning.
• Partner on staffing decisions based on capacity, utilization, and pipeline needs.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years experience, at least 4 in consulting
• Postgraduate degree (PhD, MD, PharmD preferred; Master’s in health economics, policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health)
• Strong knowledge of biopharma industry, payer requirements (CMS, ICER, private payers), and HEOR publications
• Expertise in pharmacoeconomic models (budget impact, cost-effectiveness, cost-consequence, utility modeling)
• Proven leadership in business development, consulting, and high-impact HEOR work
• Strong strategic/technical writing and ability to explain complex methods to stakeholders
