Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead teams of research professionals conducting client studies in the pharmacy and biotech space.
• Oversee observational and retrospective data analyses and communicate methods and results to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring overall quality, timely delivery, and financial performance.
• Act as the primary client contact and subject matter expert on RWE studies.
• Participate in business development, leading study conceptualization and drafting proposals.
• Provide line management and mentorship to direct reports, including creating development plans.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in a consulting environment.
• Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
• Experience overseeing data analyses and managing financial performance of projects.
