What you will do

• Lead execution of economic models like cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and early value frameworks.
• Develop model plans, conceptual frameworks, parameters, and technical documentation.
• Build, adapt, and quality-check models in Excel/VBA, using R/R-Shiny for analytics and automation.
• Apply AI tools for model conceptualization, coding, and scenario exploration.
• Manage project operations, coordinate teams, mentor juniors, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, capability presentations, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, economics, or related (PhD preferred).
• 5–8 years experience in HEOR economic modeling or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA for model development.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing projects and working in cross-functional, multi-regional teams.
• Strong academic record.

Nice to have

• Experience with R/R-Shiny and interest in expanding proficiency.
• Work with innovative value assessments or sparse-evidence modeling.
• Exposure to payer engagement or value communication tools.
• Interest in AI for modeling workflows.
