What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to develop scalable NetSuite solutions using best practices and translate business requirements into functionality.
• Lead client workshops, solution design, and implementation phases including configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Define integration requirements and work with teams to connect NetSuite with other applications.
• Oversee engagement teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.
• Support business development by identifying expansion opportunities, participating in pre-sales, and estimating project efforts.
• Contribute to practice development through training, collateral creation, and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite.
• Experience leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Ability to gather business requirements and implement ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong client relationship skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience with QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• SaaS or Cloud experience.
• Certified NetSuite ERP consultant.
