What you will do

• Develop and implement global market access strategies and operational plans.
• Lead health economics modeling, value dossiers, and real-world data generation.
• Translate clinical and economic evidence into value propositions for payers.
• Guide reimbursement execution in key markets and build relationships with HTA bodies and policymakers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Drive capability building and continuous training on market access and HEOR topics.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or Healthcare Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market access or health economics within pharma, medtech, or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of the German healthcare and reimbursement system.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Proven success in HEOR/HTA strategy development and international negotiations.
• Leadership experience in a matrix organization and willingness to travel.
