Location: Fully remote from Colombia (Bogotá), must overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET)

What you will do

• Implement conversion tracking for forms, buttons, e-commerce, and custom events using GTM.
• Verify and sanity-check tracking implementations for accuracy.
• Debug and fix tracking issues across analytics tools.
• Check and resolve test measurement problems in Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar.
• Create customized reports from Google Analytics and other data sources.
• Communicate with internal/external teams to gain buy-in, explain issues, and report progress.

Requirements

• At least 2 years managing Google Tags (GTM): implementation, coding, testing, maintenance
• At least 2 years with Google Analytics (GA3/GA4), including UA to GA4 transitions
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, digital analytics, web traffic metrics
• Good knowledge of web analytics strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting
• Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation
• Fluent spoken and written English
