What you will do

• Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Manufacturing teams to define test requirements for new products.
• Design and develop test plans, procedures, and fixtures for functional, in-circuit, and system-level testing.
• Lead the implementation and validation of test systems for pilot and production builds.
• Analyze test data to identify failure root causes and drive continuous process improvement.
• Support Design for Testability (DFT) initiatives to ensure effective test coverage.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to transfer test processes for volume production.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or NPI environment.
• 2+ years of experience with PCBA and System level Test Process Development.
• Strong technical background in electronics and functional test methodologies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools.
• Experience in product and process development for the electronics or electro-mechanical industry.
