What you will do

  • Own, develop, and manage a suite of lab tools to ensure high-quality reliability data collection.
  • Drive root cause investigations for technical issues and lead continuous improvement projects for lab efficiency.
  • Design and qualify new reliability stress techniques and test methodologies for transistors and interconnects.
  • Build next-generation reliability stress infrastructure including hardware, software, and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with lab operations, module engineers, and external vendors to ensure robust process transfer.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor electrical characterization, device testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with parametric analyzers, oscilloscopes, and statistical analysis using JMP.
  • Experience with hardware automation, preferably using LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python.
  • Must be based in or authorized to work in the US (onsite presence required in Hillsboro, Oregon).

Nice to have

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working within a semiconductor foundry.
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing resources in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor device fabrication and packaging process flows.
