What you will do

• Design and scale the strategic roadmap for the Manila operation to align with global product expansion.
• Maintain budgetary accountability and optimize unit economics for the Manila hub.
• Lead and evolve a team of 100+ personnel from a delivery center into a Center of Excellence.
• Govern the framework for a 'Just Culture' and embed systemic root-cause analysis into operations.
• Serve as a Senior Point of Command for the 24/7 global incident management process.
• Align local operations with global enterprise-wide governance, security, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership operational delivery position.
• Proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement up to VP level.
• Experience leading and managing highly complex and diverse teams across global locations.
• Strong understanding of the online safety industry and its regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
