What you will do

  • Define and execute the overall commercial and sales strategy to drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead business development, key account management, and expansion into new markets and regions.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with international clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
  • Align training offerings with market demands in collaboration with academic and operational teams.
  • Provide strategic leadership, direction, and motivation to the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales, or managing director role.
  • Strong track record in sales leadership and business development.
  • Experience in technical, maritime, offshore, or training environments is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
