What you will do
- Define and execute the overall commercial and sales strategy to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead business development, key account management, and expansion into new markets and regions.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with international clients and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Align training offerings with market demands in collaboration with academic and operational teams.
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and motivation to the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales, or managing director role.
- Strong track record in sales leadership and business development.
- Experience in technical, maritime, offshore, or training environments is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
