What you will do

• Define and evolve global access and post-MA readiness strategies aligned with corporate priorities and regulatory constraints.
• Set market sequencing and prioritization strategies based on feasibility, risk profile, and sustainability.
• Design governance structures and operating models to prepare the organization for post-MA activities.
• Build and oversee (sub)distributor networks and scale high-performing Medical Science Liaison (MSL) teams.
• Partner with the CEO, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure ethical and regulatory-compliant execution.
• Engage with governments, payors, and healthcare system bodies to support compliant access pathways.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Global Access, Market Access, or post-Marketing Authorization (MA) readiness.
• Experience building and scaling local MSL capabilities and managing distributor networks.
• Deep understanding of regulatory boundaries governing Expanded Access Programs (EAPs).
• Ability to establish clear decision frameworks for transitioning programs from expanded access to approved use.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Amsterdam HQ (EMEA)
