Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sevenum, Netherlands. Hybrid work model available with up to 20 days per year of remote work within the EU.

Salary: €3,600–€4,000 per month.

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and service levels.
• Create and maintain complex performance reports to support strategic management decisions.
• Ensure high data quality by monitoring key business metrics and improving reporting structures.
• Act as a central point of coordination between operational teams and stakeholders.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, supply chain, or operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work from the Sevenum location.

• Interest in cloud-based data platforms, specifically Databricks.
