What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and close digitalisation and transformation projects in the six- to seven-digit range
• Build a sales pipeline across utilities, grid operators, and energy service providers within the first 6 months
• Challenge clients with industry insights and data-driven perspectives
• Involve colleagues for technical expertise, references, or key deal moments
• Build C-level relationships based on substance and new perspectives

Requirements

• Proven track record selling complex consulting, technology, or digitalisation programs in energy sector with deal references
• University degree in technical or business field
• Strong active network in Swiss energy market
• Experience closing large mandates with 6–12 month sales cycles
• Fluency in German (C2) and strong English skills
• Understanding of smart grids, grid planning, critical infrastructure, sector coupling, or energy trading
