What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers with all administrative tasks and general correspondence.
• Assist Business Development Managers with prospect onboarding and continuous follow-up until compliance submission.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service levels and conduct corresponding quality controls.
• Manage the execution and settlement dashboard, updating customer data and account settings.
• Perform periodic customer due diligence (CDD) reviews.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational questions with Legal, Compliance, Back Office, and Payments departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or Business Administration (or nearing graduation).
• English and French: Native or fluent proficiency required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or relationship management within a financial services context.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure within a stock market environment.
