What you will do

• Define and own multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities like compliance and personalization.
• Lead development of scalable capabilities for capturing, storing, and activating customer consents and preferences across channels.
• Establish standards including taxonomy, data models, APIs, and governance for consistency and interoperability.
• Drive integrations with CRM, marketing, analytics, customer service, and external systems.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Marketing, Digital, and CX teams for adherence and alignment.
• Champion customer trust through transparent consent experiences and define KPIs for platform performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, platform leadership, or digital capabilities, ideally in customer data, consent, privacy, or preference systems
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale platforms across business units, channels, and ecosystems
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, TCPA, CCPA, and Do Not Contact regulations
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance in regulated environments
• Strong background in APIs, data governance, identity management, or enterprise data platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence; Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
