Salary: $79,920 – $152,160

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
• Identify and resolve network issues and outages, applying corrective and emergency changes.
• Plan and execute routine network changes and participate in change reviews.
• Maintain network components, monitor performance, and implement security policies.
• Provide high-level user support for network-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in networking, routing, and switching.
• Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Network security and WAN.
• Working knowledge of ITIL.
• Must be able to work onsite in downtown Houston, TX, 5 days a week.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work.

Nice to have

• Experience with BGP and SDN based on Cisco ACI.
• Experience with Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load balancers, and NSX.
• Experience with Ansible automation.
