Salary: $197,529.00 - $276,539.55

What you will do

• Establish and implement standardized, scalable network design practices across In-Space-Systems sites.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for network design, deployment, and operational management.
• Secure and maintain network equipment to support mission-critical flight operations.
• Monitor network performance and health dashboards, triaging and resolving issues through root cause analysis.
• Manage network capacity planning and lifecycle management across enterprise and industrial environments.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience architecting and deploying scalable network infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, DHCP, DNS, and NTP.
• Experience coding in higher-level languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.

Nice to have

• Experience with Juniper networking platforms and certifications (JNCIS, JNCIP).
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks security platforms.
• Experience with monitoring platforms like SolarWinds, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience with cloud networking and hybrid on-premises/cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and GitOps workflows.
