Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be based in the Netherlands or have a valid work permit (no relocation support provided)

Salary: €53,000 - €84,100 per year

What you will do

• Shape the organic growth product roadmap, prioritizing discoverability, indexability, and conversion as north star outcomes.
• Drive strategy and execution within OKR framework across product, engineering, data, and marketing functions.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from hypothesis validation to shipping and iteration with UX and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering manager, tech lead, and designer to deliver outcomes from ambiguity.
• Translate technical signals like site performance and APIs into intuitive fan experiences.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify organic performance opportunities and experiment rapidly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as Product Manager in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams across web, iOS, Android platforms
• Experience in marketplaces or high-volume consumer platforms
• Technical understanding of search engines, APIs, site performance, and platform mechanics
• Data-driven mindset with strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, organized, bias for action, and curiosity about AI in product craft
• Passion for user experience and continuous improvement
