What you will do

• Drive product operations from planning and dailies to PRDs and quarterly goals.
• Prioritize business outcomes over feature output using data and host perspective.
• Advocate for hosts by simplifying workflows and engaging customers for rapid iterations.
• Validate ideas quickly with prototypes and analytical mindset for trade-offs.
• Leverage AI tools for workflows like PRD drafting and Figma design.
• Integrate agentic AI experiences to enhance platform usability.

Requirements

• 2-3 years product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or SMB tech
• Growth mindset, ownership, and urgency in solving problems.
• Navigate ambiguity with qualitative/quantitative methods and product judgment.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively with engineers.
• Embrace AI in product management workflows.
• Build trust through clear communication and feedback.
