What you will do

• Run end-to-end product discovery and rapid prototyping using AI vibe coding tools to validate ideas.
• Own the UX quality of your area, managing information architecture and interaction design in Figma or code.
• Directly build and ship frontend components in the production environment in collaboration with engineers.
• Synthesize user feedback, market signals, and usage data into actionable product insights and decisions.
• Drive prioritization by demonstrating working prototypes instead of traditional Jira tickets.
• Collaborate with senior specialists to refine the last mile of the user experience.

Requirements

• Mid to senior-level UX and product design skills with a portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking.
• Fluency in Figma and vibe coding for transitioning between high-fidelity design and code prototypes.
• Strong understanding of design systems and their consistent execution in production.
• Proficiency in user research (interviews, usability tests) and data analysis to drive design decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and understanding technical implementation.
• Ambition to grow into product management and engineering roles.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or EdTech products.
• Deep technical background in frontend development, specifically React.
• German language skills.
