What you will do

• Conduct requirements analysis and consult with end-users to define precise Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Lead pre-bid conferences and manage the issuance of ITTs, RFPs, and RFQs to vendors.
• Prepare and maintain contractual instruments, including Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Service Maintenance Agreements.
• Manage the full "cradle-to-grave" procurement process, from risk assessment and proposal evaluation to final negotiations and contract closeout.
• Resolve vendor non-conformances regarding delays, shortages, and quality issues, while maintaining ERP records.
• Ensure strict compliance with import/export regulations and maintain the security of all company documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contracts Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a contracts or purchasing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Must have or be able to obtain a UAE driver’s license.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or be able to work onsite in the UAE.
