What you will do

• Lead complex supplier and vendor contract negotiations across renewals, amendments, and full agreement lifecycles.
• Analyze contract structures, commercial terms, supplier agreements, statements of work, and purchase contracts.
• Develop data-driven negotiation strategies and provide commercial insights to support favorable outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks through amendments, fallback provisions, and escalation protocols.
• Maintain contract standards and playbooks aligned with regulatory requirements, company policies, and business needs.
• Advise business units and coordinate with internal stakeholders on commercial terms, negotiation strategy, and risk considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial operations.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability through collaboration and data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPCM, CFCM, or PMP.
• Advanced degree, including a JD.
