What you will do

• Lead complex supplier and vendor contract negotiations, including commercial terms, risk allocation, and precise contractual language.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to business units and internal stakeholders on procurement agreements and regulatory considerations.
• Manage agreement lifecycles, renewal negotiations, contractual obligations, and operational contracting targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks in supplier agreements, statements of work, and purchase contracts through amendments, fallback provisions, and escalation protocols.
• Implement contract standards and playbooks aligned with regulatory requirements, company policies, and business needs.
• Coach and train colleagues while contributing to contracting best practices.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability across organizational levels.
• Ability to use commercial analysis and data-driven insights in negotiation and risk management.
