Demand Planner (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Own item-level and aggregate demand forecasts for assigned product families.
• Lead monthly demand alignment reviews with Commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide scenario modeling and risk analysis to support S&OP and leadership decisions.
• Manage domestic content visibility, including mix tracking, allocation planning, and exposure analysis.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and planning/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills for scenario modeling and data interpretation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, clean energy, or regulated/domestic-content-driven environments.
• APICS certification.
• Experience working in complex, multi-product, global supply chain environments.
