What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent ICT applications projects from initiation to closure using client methodologies.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope and negotiate ICT resource allocation across a matrixed organization.
• Prepare key project artefacts including delivery plans, change requests, financial forecasts, and risk registers.
• Lead regular status meetings with Agency stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution.
• Translate end-user business requirements into technical specifications and implement appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
• 7-10 years of experience in Agile Project Delivery within Federal Government projects.
• Proven track record in contract and scope management.
• Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong technical knowledge for delivering ICT applications.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Canberra.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile certification.
• MSP Certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
