What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy, assortment, and performance for designated Home categories in the UK and EU.
• Develop and lead go-to-market strategies and execution in partnership with Marketing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sourcing to maximize category margins.
• Analyze sales velocity, margin, and return rates to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Partner with Design and Creative teams to ensure products meet brand and style requirements.
• Identify assortment whitespace and refine the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market data.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience specifically in home categories.
• Must be based in London or other EU offices.
• Proven track record of ownership over category performance and professional growth.
• Experience in E-commerce and/or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) models preferred.
• Strong ability to build scalable processes and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
