What you will do

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotions, and automated flows.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS to provide actionable insights.
• Implement audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies for paid social and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing creative assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns and social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, analytics, and optimization strategies.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for social media and email.
• Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools like Google Analytics.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST.
