What you will do
- Manage day-to-day organic presence for client corporate accounts primarily across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Convert long-form assets like podcasts, webinars, and whitepapers into platform-native, engaging content.
- Align organic social efforts with broader campaign moments, including product launches and SEO initiatives.
- Ghostwrite high-performing content for CEOs and founders to build industry authority and thought leadership.
- Develop repeatable systems for high-quality, scalable content production.
- Track weekly and monthly KPIs to deliver clear optimization recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years in social media management with at least 2 years in an agency environment managing B2B clients.
- Exceptional short-form writing skills for complex B2B topics.
- Proficiency with social tools such as Sprout Social and Canva.
- Proven track record of growing LinkedIn and/or X accounts.
- Ability to interview and push senior executives to draw out authentic perspectives.
- Must be based in the US within the approved states or in Boston.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Suite and audio/video editing tools.
- SEO knowledge and basic understanding of website software.
- Experience with people management or mentorship.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics.
