Product Sales Manager (Pulp & Paper)

What you will do

• Promote and sell organization's products and services, providing technical sales support.
• Pursue sales leads by visiting existing and new customers to meet targets.
• Create technical quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate product solutions.
• Research and contact prospective customers to build long-term relationships.
• Provide feedback on competitor activity and market conditions to the organization.

Requirements

• Degree from a technical university.
• 3-5 years of experience in Pulp & Paper industries, specifically in Fiber Line maintenance or similar.
• Strong mechanical skills for Twin roll press, plug screw feeder, screens, and other industrial equipment.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to identify prospective customers.
• Understanding of commercial terms (Incoterms).
• Proficiency in SAP, BAAN, CRM, or similar commercial systems.
